As we age we lose our balance and if you aren't challenging this, then you will lose your balance more often, which will lead to falls and injury.


There are exercises that you can perform to improve this skill. Once you adapt we can offer more complex movements so that you never get bored.

STRONGER BONES

Doing simple movements can help increase bone density. Falls, which happen if your balance is off, can cause fractures.


THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN!


If you fall and break something at an older age you will atrophy mentally and physically. It's imparative to workout to create stronger bones. If you haven't done it... you need to weight train!

WEIGHT TRAINING

Senior weight training not only builds strength, but it also leads to better motivation and more self-confidence to continue the activity. It can help older adults to sleep better, be happier, have better focus, and may help to prevent dementia and other degenerative diseases

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

It's pretty simple. Use it or lose it. By creating motion in your joints is one of the best ways to stay healthy, but it doesn't end there.
